Job description
We are seeking two temporary chefs to cater to a large family and their friends during their vacation in Mykonos from July 19 to August 6, 2026.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing meals that cater to the dietary preferences of the family, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.
Your adaptability and approachability will be essential in ensuring a positive dining experience, especially for a group of teens aged 16 to 21.
You will be working closely alongside the Executive Chef and the F&B Manager to deliver a high-quality culinary experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare personalized meals for family members and their friends, focusing on gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian cuisine.
Work closely under the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to ensure meal quality and presentation.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen at all times.
Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable.
Assist with menu planning and accommodate last-minute requests.
Collaborate with service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Handle shopping and ordering of ingredients and supplies to meet meal requirements.
Adapt to dietary requests and preferences while maintaining high-quality meals for a large group.
Remain approachable and flexible to accommodate last-minute changes in meal plans or preferences.
Requirements
Experience as a private chef for UNWI, preferably with a background in preparing meals for large groups.
Strong focus on and interest in gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian dining options.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and take initiative as needed.
Approachability and excellent interpersonal skills.
Conditions & Perks
