Job description
As a Female Butler, you will be instrumental in delivering high-level service to a family of four in Dubai, working closely with the madam. Your role involves maintaining an impeccably refined environment, executing regular butler duties, and ensuring the family’s lifestyle meets their high standards. This position includes a significant amount of travel, and a focus on and interest in Japanese culture and cuisine is essential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Deliver personalized service to family members and guests with utmost professionalism.
Manage luggage and personal belongings during travel.
Assist in organizing travel arrangements and accompany the family on trips.
Collaborate with chefs to provide healthy meals, with an emphasis on Japanese cuisine, aligning with the family’s appreciation for this culture.
Recommend and introduce Japanese wellness solutions, lifestyle enhancements, and cultural experiences to enrich the family's lifestyle.
Work alongside a team of five chefs, coordinating culinary preferences, particularly in Japanese cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients.
Oversee household staff activities and maintain established service standards.
Ensure daily operations run smoothly, liaising effectively with the household team.
Ensure that the residence is maintained to the highest standards.
Accompany the family on overseas trips, handling all practical arrangements related to travel, meals, and daily comfort while embracing cultural experiences relevant to each destination.
Report directly to the madam and maintain open communication with family members regarding preferences and service matters.
Collaborate with contractors and service providers as necessary.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
Significant experience as a butler in a high-standard household.
Proficiency in Japanese is a plus, with a genuine interest in Japanese culture and customs preferred.
Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a flexible approach to work.
Willingness to travel frequently with the family.
