Job description
As a Private Chef in a prestigious residence in London, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, nutritious, and elegantly presented breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our client. Your role involves menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and meal preparation, primarily for weekdays, with some occasional event or guest dinner work on weekends. This position requires meticulous planning, excellent culinary skills.
Responsibilities
Meal Preparation & Planning: Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for weekdays, with weekend meals prepped and stored in the fridge.
Menu Development: Create diverse menus aligned with client preferences and dietary requirements; adapt menus for special occasions or events.
Ingredient Sourcing: Manage grocery shopping and delivery, ensuring fresh, organic, high-quality ingredients are used.
Kitchen Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
Supplies Delivery: Coordinate with vendors for regular delivery of household essentials and special ingredients as needed.
Event & Guest Dinners:Occasionally prepare meals for private events or guest dinners on weekends; additional payment for these services will be arranged separately.
Requirements

A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are essential for sourcing ingredients, running errands, and occasionally transporting supplies.
At least five years of prior experience in a similar role.
Culinary trained.
High level of discretion..
Flexibility some weekends for special events/dinners.

Positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Must be living in London
